I’ve reviewed the 4 questions video twice and do not understand how this relates to what I’m looking to do or even how I can help these connections. Are you available for a quick 10 minute call to help straighten me out?
The questions are a way to build rapport with individuals you connect with. The idea is to use easy questions for them to answer and to get them on the phone with you. We have a training video in the Transformational Business Strategy Module called “4 Questions” and “Barker 20” that will be VERY helpful for breaking it down and providing resources.
Below are 4 Questions for Real Estate that you can use (you don’t need to reinvent the wheel when we created them for you) 😉
Q1: Great to connect ‘NAME’… what’s your core business?
Q2: Perfect! Do you live in [YOUR MARKET]?
Q3: Fantastic. How many years have you lived here?
That’s great! Let’s chat for a few minutes. I have a fairly big network that may benefit you.
Q4: What are a few time windows that you have tomorrow?
2pm works perfect
Q5: What’s your mobile?
Great. I’ll call you at 2pm.

I’ve watched both of those videos twice each. I did not feel they were that helpful to be honest. Many connections on linkedin are trying to do something very similar if not identical within their own field of work. It’s almost like we’re competing against one another to get a point across.
I’ll make an effort to get on the Wed 6 pm call.
