        1.   What are your primarily responsibilities within your organization?

        2.   What is your primary objective that you are looking for in managing your utility expenses?

        3.    How much of your personal time do you REALLY have to work on this objective? How much time to you and your staff want to spend on this item?

        4.   Can we set up a time to discuss the program you are currently using and find out if we can improve on that program?

Hi there, @bobby-schiff-2! Nice start on your questions!

I’d love for you to watch the “Barker 20” video in the Transformational Business Strategy Module. This video will break down why it’s important to have short and sweet questions to build rapport. Right now, you have good questions but they’re waaaay too wordy and specific. We want to keep it very simple and easy so you can get them on the phone with the least amount of effort (to then qualify).

Use these questions as they will be good structure:

          1) Great to connect ‘NAME’… what’s your core business?

          2) Perfect. What’s your main focus this year?

          3) Love it! I have a few awesome strategies that are perfect for you! What are a couple time windows you have available to chat?

          4) Fantastic. What are a few time windows that you have available tomorrow to chat?

          5) 2pm works. What’s your mobile?

I hope this helps and let me know if you have other questions 🙂
