Hi, I’m planning to use Kent’s suggested questions for realtors. But, how would you suggest tweaking them (if at all) if I’m targeting commercial sellers in particular?
Q1: Great to connect ‘NAME’… what’s your core business?
Q2: Perfect! Do you live in the greater Chicagoland area?
Q3: Fantastic. How many years have you lived here?
That’s great! Let’s chat for a few minutes. I have a fairly big network that may benefit you.
Q4: What are a few time windows that you have tomorrow?
I feel like this is good as-is – if you’ve done 100, you can look and see what kind of results you’re getting and then start to tweak. Welcome aboard!!!
