Regarding the 4 questions as they apply to my services. Since what I offer to begin with is psychic readings over the phone, I’m not quite sure how to approach this to get a good fit. I’m sure this is similar to life coaching (which I also do) approaches and must have been previously addressed. @negeen-dargahi @halle-eavelyn @kent-littlejohn

My perfect client is interested in romantic relationships and/or career situations. My clients usually seem to want to address both in the same reading.

How does question 1 regarding “What is your core business as it is?”  fit for this target audience? Is there another first approach question that would better fit my industry? Or some way to tweak this question for more efficient benefits marketing?

And since my actual goal is a phone appointment for a psychic reading, is it best to have a pre-screening call then set the reading appointment?

So I’m looking for recommendations of how to best develop my questions for the greatest appeal so that I can make those sales.

Hey @laverne-denyer – great talking with you this morning!

How about approaching the questions the same way, by building rapport and the phone call that is set COULD be the first reading that they pay for or the first installment of the retainer. Keep in mind, we do teach in the program to use the phone call (after the 4 questions) as a way to then QUALIFY them. I know your case is different. I would still bring this to the live call if needed.

          How about this:

          1) Great to connect ‘NAME’… what’s your core business?

          2) Perfect. What’s your main focus this year?

          3) Love that! If I had a few simple strategies that would help you accomplish that, would you like me to share those with you?

          4) Fantastic. What are a few time windows that you have available tomorrow to chat?

          5) 2pm works. What’s your mobile?

You can even get rid of Q2 and just go Q1, Q3, Q4 by using “Great to connect, [NAME]! What’s your core focus this year?” as your Q1.

Second stab at the questions  @negeen-dargahi         I have some reservations about this, but will give it a try

            1. What is your core business?
            2. What is your main focus for 2020?
            3. If I could provide intuitive insights to help empower your ability to meet your goals, would you like me to share them with you?
            4. What are a few time windows in the next week that you have available to chat?
            5. 2 pm works. What is your mobile?

@laverne-denyer, dont forget to add “Great to connect, [NAME]!” to the beginning of Q1 so it’s personalized.

ALSO – if you want to just skip Q1, and go straight into saying Q2 – you can do that and split test which intro works best.

“Great to connect [NAME]! What’s your main focus for 2020”

              Hope this helps!
