        4. Great! Lets chat for a few minutes, I have a fairly large network plus a Divorce Real Estate book (complimentary) I published that may be of benefit to you and your clients. Are you available tomorrow at 11, 1 or 3pm? Great! what is the best number to reach you?

          Hi @shelbie-butler! Good start – few things:

          Make sure to greet each person with their name in Q1 so it feels personalized.

          Q1: Great to connect NAME! What’s your core business?

          Good Q2!

          Q3 is really going to limit you because you’re building rapport and not qualifying – but if you are only reaching out to Lawyers, keep it in mind that you’ll have less people to communicate with.

          You can even get RID of Q3, and just use Q4 and get them on the phone asap!
