  My Question is when do I start asking the 4 questions. When you indicate asking to connect on LINKEDIN it asks you how do you know this person or to fill in a message.. What do we say in this box to connect at first??

  Good question, @rebecca-benson! Just connect with them and you can just say your Q1 OR (what I recommend) is not saying anything in that connection message and waiting to message them later.
  
  Here’s what I mean by that.
  
  You can go to LinkedIn
  - click on network at the top
  - click on connections on the left side
  - and start clicking message and send your Q1’s that way
  Does that make sense?
  
  Either way works, honestly!
