I have read the multiplicity of variations on the 4 questions for Real Estate or any other set of 4 for the businesses.
I appreciate the need to to trigger interest in the simplest and nicest possible way. I thought I would try something a little different. I wondered what people think.1. Do you own property in Florida? Do you want to know its value? I have access to the latest evaluative technology. Send me the address and I will get straight back to you with a thorough report.
2.Here’s the report. Read through it and we can talk about it. There is some really interesting value here.
3. Do you have any time today or tomorrow. If you have a window and want me to call you text me on 954-798-0450.
4. Maybe you’d like to refinance or sell? Let me explain you how much we can achieve for your property. I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
Kindest Regards,
Avron

Hi @avron-white! We highly recommend you use the structure that we created for members in the program, as Kent has spent over 10,000 hours testing them 😉
You’re more than welcome to test your own questions, but I highly recommend you use our simple structure for the most responses.
Halle talks more in-depth about the 4 questions and WHY we structured them in the way we have.
It is called “4 QUESTIONS” in the Transformational Business Strategy module (bottom middle module on your MAIN DASHBOARD – turquoise with a bulls eye) video index is to the right of the video window, in alphabetical order.
Here are the 4 questions Kent recommends for Realtors:
Q1: Great to connect ‘NAME’… what’s your core business?
Q2: Perfect! Do you live in [YOUR MARKET]?
Q3: Fantastic. How many years have you lived here?
That’s great! Let’s chat for a few minutes. I have a fairly big network that may benefit you.
Q4: What are a few time windows that you have tomorrow?
2pm works perfect
Q5: What’s your mobile?
Great. I’ll call you at 2pm.
Talk soon,
[INSERT YOUR NAME HERE]
But, you are obviously welcome to use your own questions or split test them with ours and see what works best for you.

Hi Negeen,
I can see the value of your comments. Perhaps a much more general overture of contact is more appropriate in the initial stages. I can see my question format coming into play after establishing their potential clientability.
Many thanks.

Hi Negeen,
I submitted my completed Linkedin page for review some time ago – but it doesn’t seem to have circulated in the system. Can you advise me please what is happening with a review of my page?
Thanks for your kind attention to this matter,
Kindest Regards,
Avron White

Hi @avron-white! So sorry to keep you waiting.
I looked in the system and didn’t see your request, but I could’ve sworn our other support specialist, Amanda, provided feedback for you.
There may just have been a mixup.
Would you mind submitting a request for a review in the “LinkedIn Profile Questions & Reviews” forum, please?
I’ll make sure to provide you feedback asap!
