          So you ONLY work with peeps who are local to Ft. Lauderdale, right? Let me know who your current client avatar is.  I think your Q3 may be too on point for people? It will depend on your avatar.

            Hi Halle,

            Thanks for taking a look, Halle.  Yes, I only work with realtors and sellers in the Greater Fort Lauderdale area.  I go up to Delray but do not go south of Miramar. I can refer realtors who need occupied or vacant stagers in Miami or north of Delray to other stagers in my network.

            My avatar is Realtors in the greater Fort Lauderdale area who want to sell their listings fast and above list price. My ideal client sells regular homes, not luxury homes.

            Think the questions are on track?
