        I am stuck on my four questions as we discussed in the live call this morning. I am a Realtor on Maui and my avatar is West Coast, 50yr. old entrepreneur who has visited Maui in the past and dreams of owning a property on Maui for their family’s use and perhaps to rent out when they are not using it although perhaps not.  In my past on the mainland I have owned and operated my own mortgage company for 14 years after having been in other lending capacities for 15+ years.

        Here is my best shot at the questions but would really like your thoughts.  I think my situation is a bit unique living in the middle of the Pacific when my avatar is a 5 hour plane ride away.

        1. Great to connect NAME, can I ask what you the core focus of your business is?

        2. Have you ever vacationed in Maui?

        3. Would you like to spend more time in Maui? (Yes)

        4. Great, I have some ideas that may let you and your family enjoy more time in paradise. When would be a good time for me to give you a call?

          Hi @michele-gibson, appreciate you sending that over!

          For Q1, remember that you need to remain in charge. You are the queen of your domain.
          When you use the terminology, “can I ask what you the core focus of your business is?” … this is a very simple yes or no answer which you do not want for Q1.

          Instead, you can ask:

          Great to connect NAME, what’s your core focus in 2018?

          Great to connect NAME, what’s your core business?

          Q2, @kent-littlejohn thoughts on this? I’d like for Q1, to easily segway into asking about a vacation destination like Maui. You may want to ask the “core focus” question I had above instead of the core business.

          Q3/Q4 – look good! I want you to send Q1 out to as many people as you can. Keep us posted on response rate.

          17-23 Q1 daily or MORE if possible. Great work!
