          Hey @steven-luethje, this is a fantastic first draft!! I feel that having one other pain point question that is more specific to your perfect client, would be powerful.

          For example:

          Do you want to see homes BEFORE they hit the public market?

          (you can reword this) but the more unique your pain point questions are, the better.

          This is actually ready to be filmed!

          Here are your next steps:

          Halle made a very helpful video on how to record your infomercial.

          It is called “VIDEO TIPS” in the Transformational Business Strategy Module.

          Here is also an example of what it should sound like. Of course, this is a high-quality version but yours does NOT have to be this
          high quality. Just look at the angle of the video and the lighting.
