Hi….I am Brad Hancock with You 1<sup>st</sup> Realty. and I am a REALTOR that helps clients buy and sell real estate, in a way that feels effortless and educational.
Living the good life is about limiting the stress and enjoying the things you want to do. No one thinks selling or buying a home fits that definition. But what if it could?
My effort is “Client Centered Real Estate Project Management” I follow this in every aspect of my job performance for you. I don’t consider myself a sales person but a project manager protecting and advising you in the largest investment you make – your home. This is both a personal and business related transaction and while a sale is the ultimate result, You are the focus.
I have the SKILL and EXPERIENCE to deal with current market conditions and issues such as multiple contract offers, renting back the home after closing home, how to make an offer on a new home if you need to sell your current home first, and assisting with financing options.
I work incredibly hard behind the scenes to make your experience a great one. I am one of the best negotiators in the business and my greatest joy is helping clients transition to the next stage in their life. I’ll also be honest with you and tell you what you need to hear, versus what you want to hear.

In the purchase of a home, most agents show but I counsel.
I am always educating myself so that I can provide the best guidance and advice to my clients in all aspects of real estate. I use my finance and construction background to your benefit and am a partner that is there after the sale or purchase.

Hi @brad-hancock, this was VERY well done!! Few things…
You didn’t close with a strong call to action.
After this paragraph “I work incredibly hard…”
I want you to remove:
“In the sale of a home most agents list, but I market.
In the purchase of a home, most agents show but I counsel.
I am always educating myself so that I can provide the best guidance and advice to my clients in all aspects of real estate. I use my finance and construction background to your benefit and am a partner that is there after the sale or purchase”And close with this instead:
