I seem to be stuck and can’t get the video to play in lesson two. Either way I go I’m not making any progress and becoming very frustrated. What am I doing wrong. I click on the lesson plan and go nowhere. What am I doing wrong??? Any help is appreciated.

@larry-imm Did you make sure you checked all of the boxes in lesson 1 (indicating you’ve completed it) before trying to go to lesson 2? If the lesson 1 boxes are not checked then lesson 2 will not work.

I have checked all the boxes and gone thru the training video three times and still can’t get anything to work. If you have any ides I’d appreciate them or forward this to Negeen, I can’t even get that done, very frustrating.

@larry-imm, please send a message to support@coredm.com letting us know the problems you’re experiencing.  Please in future, post a NEW TOPIC – there is a general tech questions forum you could post in as well for this type of stuff.  But for now, that’s going to get you the answers fastest.  I’ll alert @tony-liddic to the problem as well.

And… for now, skip that video/lesson and keep going.  I actually think @amanda-hendrickson is not giving you correct info here (no offense, Amanda).  While you cannot continue to the next MODULE, there is no restriction lesson to lesson.  It sounds like a tech issue specific to that video from what you are saying.

Meanwhile, of course restart the program, restart the machine, just to do some double checking on basics. Thank you and take some deep breaths, ok?

Click on the tabs for each video then click the play button

After you’ve watched each video, check off the box next to the objectives at the bottom of the page. Once they are all complete, move on to the next lesson by clicking the Next button at the top right of the page.

FYI:  The videos definitely play more smoothly on my iPad.

Where do I search for job titles, zips, etc.?  I am not finding it on Linked In.  I used to have Premium–is that where it is?

Got it – been searching this morning.  Seems like last year there was a right-hand side bar for searching but it is just the typical website search box at the top that can be searched and set up for all kinds of things per location, name, industry, etc.

How do I see and order the e books, seem to have disappered.  Hallie said they were in the Realtor Forum…NO I don see them  searched for them NO nothing
