My draft for 30 Seconds infomercial:
Do you own real estate and want to maximize your gains?
Do you own assets that don’t give you the leverage, the appreciation, and the returns like real estate does?
Are you tired of managing properties and looking for stress-free ownership or “real-estate-like” investments that give you high returns?
Are you planning to retire but don’t want to give up the cash flow that real estate provides you?
If you answered yes to any one of these questions I have solutions for you. Let me show three little known best strategies to preserve and grow your real estate wealth. Contact me now.

Hey @jason-pan, I really like where your infomercial is going!!
So, I want you to think of it as a condensed version of your LI profile.
Choose 3 POWERFUL short and sweet questions, like you have above but really empathize with your audience. And pick 3.
Then you can say your line —>
“If you answered yes to any one of these questions I have solutions for you. Hi, I’m @jason-pan and I am a ______ helping clients ______.
(I want you to write 3-5 sentences on how you serve them)
Call to action which you NEED —->
If you’re wanting _______ then give me a call TODAY at _______or you can message me here on LinkedIn to see if we’re a good fit!

Hi Negeen – Here is my 30 sec commercial, Ann Lovett Baird
Book-writing Services
Do you have a burning message that you want to share with the world, but don’t know where to start or don’t have the time to write a book? Maybe you are a consultant who feels like you can get your message to more people with a book. Perhaps you are a speaker who crafts brilliant messages for the platform, yet you struggle putting your words on paper. You may be concerned that the person you hire to write a book will obscure your message or your voice.
Whether you have loads of content on paper or lots of ideas in your head, I can help you write your book. I read all that you have written and spend time interviewing you so that I can convey your message in your voice.
Message me at LinkedIn or email me at: ann@lovettconsulting.com set up a free consult about your project!

Good start on your infomercial!
I really like your question but I would stick to only 3 pain point questions and then I would introduce yourself and what your title is.
If you can provide 2-3 more sentences, that would be great and then add a strong call to action: “If you’re ready for _____” and then add in your contact info similar to what you did!
Really nice work!

This will take me about 1.5 minutes to get through, I believe. But I don’t know how to shorten it more without weakening the message. Is this okay to move ahead with or do you have suggestions?
Things have changed in the job market.
The simple job history, backwards-facing, autobiographical style résumé of years past is no longer enough.
First impressions are everything, and to be competitive in today’s job market you need a forward-looking presentation that proves your potential through powerful, compelling, memorable stories that speak to the needs of those with the power to hire you and does so in an attractive, engaging, and eye-appealing way.
I know what you are thinking…”Who cares about my résumé and LinkedIn profile? My career has come this far with just the basics.”
Maybe you are right – for now – but have you ever really asked yourself how much further you would be if you had proactively promoted yourself, your strengths, your potential?
What if you had advanced your career and your salary just a few years faster? How much have you lost in earnings based on taking the “it’s good enough” approach?
Or what if tomorrow you see your dream job advertised? Are you prepared to act?
Do you feel confident that your résumé and LinkedIn profile really conveys the professional image they need to convey?
It isn’t like there are so many opportunities out there that you can afford to squander them. Every time you go to the job market with a less-than-effective pitch you are wasting an opportunity, holding your career back, and leaving money on the table.
Imagine if instead you felt confident that your résumé and LinkedIn profile competitively positions you for the career path you desire, so that prospective employers immediately understand not only how and where you would fit in their company, but exactly what benefits and value you would bring to them.
What impact would that have on your confidence in pursuing the jobs you really want?
What if your personal brand and messaging was so spot-on and compelling that recruiters actually came looking for you?
What if you were so crystal clear about the value you bring to the table that you never get caught off guard in an interview again?
These are the benefits that our professional résumé writing and career marketing services will provide you.
Our approach is very personal and one-on-one but also streamlined and efficient. We take the worry and stress out of the entire process for you. In just two weeks, we can completely transform your résumé, your LinkedIn profile, and your entire personal career marketing strategy.
Message me here on LinkedIn today to learn more and discuss working together. I look forward to your message!

@michelle-dumas No worries if it goes over. 2min is the ABSOLUTE max. I love the content you added but I want you to follow this outline. There are just too many questions you are asking and I still don’t know who you are and what you do.
Ask 3 pain point questions (short and sweet)
If this sounds like things you need help with… you came to the right person! I know exactly how to help!
Hi, I’m @michelle-dumas and I am a _____ helping clients _______.
3-6 sentences explaining exactly HOW you will help them/serve them.
Call to action:
If you’re wanting _____ and ready for ______…then call me TODAY at ______ or message me here on LI to see if we’re a good fit!

Hi Negeen,
I have this version but it is more than a minute. I will trim it down again.

- Do you need someone to help you from fixing papers in real estate to fixing buildings to create wealth and keeping it for long term profit.
- If your answer is YES to any one of these questions. I have solutions for you. Hi My name is Jason Pan I am a real estate and financial consultant. I am licensed to help people to create wealth foundations with six strategies for their families, business and real estate.
- If you want to learn more of these strategies then give me a call TODAY at 617-470-9109 or you can message me here on LinkedIn to see if we’re a good fit!
