WINS OF THE WEEK!!!

@ben-tejada – is back on Thursday calls!! He is back in a stable position! His intention is to have his first deal closed this month!

@penny-neil – made it to the call!! She has picked up several buyers that have shown up!

@joy-harris – After setting intentions last week, she wrote an offer for a cash buyer on a property and she also got a call from someone who wanted to list their property! She was able to find a cash buyer within 14 days!! She is representing both sites!

@ian-chait-2 – After saying he was going to get 2 listings that week.. HE DID! Amazing!

@matt-barcus – Matt coaches youth baseball and after a tough game – his win is that over the last 2 years, whenever they got down, they would spiral. Now, anytime there is a rough inning, they were able to have a chat and responded to the things they’ve been working on (from a mindset perspective) Love that!!

@wennie-mcanally – Joined a group of professional engineers and are going ot meet once a month! They will be communicating and connecting through their network! This will be exciting for her! She also leased out 2 of her listing leases!

@magda-azmitia – is new in the program and has a good mindset to apply to her business and start as soon as possible!

@patsy-whitney – was marking off some lots for sale, she was able to get a new client who is looking to sell their house!! So awesome!

@regina-wagner – she was able to get awareness!! The program is working! She gives a huge thank you! Matt is her IDOL 😉

@steve-rath – He was able to hear from everyone and got a bunch of properties into escrow! His biggest win was shooting 2 birdies and getting lunch! He is actually working with a referral client from LinkedIn!
