        Below is my draft informercial script for review. I thought I had sent it last night, but the snow we are getting here in upstate New York must have messed with my clicking the ‘submit’ button.  So, here it is again.  My target for clients is active military, veterans, first responders.

        Who am I, what do I do and why do I do it?  Great questions, so first I should introduce myself!

        I’m Susan Baranski, an experienced, knowledgeable and caring licensed real estate agent.  Yes, there are a lot of us – so why am I different?  It’s Service, I’ll get back to that in just a bit.

        Your house, condo, townhome, horse farm, country cottage – well, you get the idea – is one of the most important things in your life AND one of the most significant financial investments in your life.  When my clients are buying or selling a home, or both, getting things done and done right is an absolute must.  My commitment to accuracy and correctness is 100%.

        Albany, the Capital District, Saratoga Springs are where my knowledge and understanding of the communities, opportunities, employment situations, entertainment venues – well, I could go on but I won’t – are second to none.

        An added benefit is that I care, and why do I care?

        Service is imperative to me.  I am the daughter of a veteran and the wife of a veteran.  Active military, veterans, first responders, firefighters, EMT’s all show us what total commitment to service can be.

          Hi @susan-baranski, apologies for my delay, and I hope the weather’s gotten better 🙂

          I love your infomercial but I want the beginning to focus immediately on the needs of your perfect client and THEN in the middle, you can introduce yourself.

          How about we reorganize your points but KEEP what you wrote (because you did a great job adding good information).

          How about you start off by asking up to 3 POWERFUL pain point questions…

          Are you WANTING _________?
          Do you NEED __________?

          Want __________?

          (after you ask 3 questions)

          If you answered ‘YES’ to those questions, you came to the right place!

          Hi, I’m _______ and I am a ____________ helping clients with _________.

          (2-5 sentences saying HOW exactly you plan to help / how you serve your clients)

          (you can add 1-2 more sentences about why they should work with you or maybe a motivating 1 liner to get them excited)
