Greetings!  I am just beginning the program, but working to ‘jump in head first with both feet.”  That should be followed by a smile emoticon but not sure where they are on this site — yet!  Anyway — I am interested to see (and I think this is in future sessions) the recommendations as to where and/or how to identify 100 per day to message and start the conversation.

Question 1 — Great to connect (name), what is your core business or maybe ‘tweaked’ if the other person is also a real estate professional to something like “what part of the market is your core business?”

Question 2 — Interesting.  Do you live in Albany, Saratoga or maybe going north up to Lake George?  (these are my general areas of business and most ‘notable’ locations in our area)

Question 3 — How long have you been here?  If a brief period, I might then enquire from where did you relocate.

Question 4 — Great, let’s chat for a few minutes.  What time can I reach out to you tomorrow, 11 am, 3 pm, or after work hours about 5 pm?  What’s your mobile?
