          Hi there @jannay-murphy-hughes, it will be easier for me if you make another post in the support forum asking for feedback for Ron’s profile, just to ensure there isn’t too much confusion on who’s getting feedback.

          I love your profile photo – zoom in a bit more so we can see your face clearly. When you’re messaging people, the photo gets even smaller.

          The headline looks great, but it is very emoji heavy causing me to break up a lot of the flow that is supposed to be there. I challenge you to remove a few of them. I would also recommend focusing on either buyers or sellers in your headline – you can detail your services in the About section!

          About section:

          I love the energy through your message! I will say, there are a lot of emojis in this area too which breaks up the flow again. It also takes away from some of your powerful points.

          Because you HAVE good content, here’s what i suggest as far as organization goes:

          In the beginning, i want you to lead your readers through WHAT you do, WHO you work with, HOW you help your clients…

          THEN, towards the end you can add the “the best is yet to come”, Zillow stars, and then the reviews, then the call to action at the bottom.

          So, you’re leading leading leading and then you can share what happy clients have said and then the call to action.

          This will really help with the flow of your message.

          //

          I hope this was clear and helpful! I’d love to see you take a stab at this based on the feedback. A lot of this feedback could apply to Ron’s profile as well!

          Happy to review once you make the changes!
