Please review my infomercial:  thank you!

Let’s be honest.  You don’t go into private practice because you’re excited about doing your own accounting.  If your graduate program was anything like mine, you were taught all the rules about staying HIPAA compliant, but no one ever trained you on keeping your books.

You may even question why bookkeeping is even helpful.  It is all about wellness, the wellness of your business.  When your books are up to date, you will have insightful financial reports at your fingertips.  These reports will reflect the health of your practice, allow you to take committed action to grow your business, and give you an advantage at tax time (no math required).

Let me take care of the wellness of your books so that you can focus on the wellness of your clients.  If you want a consultation on how I can help your practice, then please call me to see if we are a good fit to work together.

Hi @cynthia-hardman-2! This is a VERY good start. In the beginning, i feel you should add one more pain point question that is closely related to what you will be assisting them with. If it’s mainly the upkeep of their books, then disregard my comment.

I just want to ensure the listener is going to be clear from the very beginning on what you are helping them with. Also, dont forget to introduce who you are and what you do after your beginning paragraph. Great work overall!

          Here are your next steps:

Halle made a very helpful video on how to record your infomercial.

It is called “VIDEO TIPS” in the Transformational Business Strategy Module.

Here is also an example of what it should sound like. Of course, this is a high-quality version but yours does NOT have to be this
high quality. Just look at the angle of the video and the lighting.

            Hi Negeen,
I’ve made my 30 second infomercial video and uploaded it to YouTube.  Here is the link: https://www.youtube.com/@micheleturner8723/videos

However, the instructions on how to upload it to LinkedIn are not working.  I can’t find the place where I can upload it.

Hi @cynthia-hardman-2, FANTASTIC work!! You did a great job on this 🙂

Yes absolutely! Here are steps to adding video media files to your LinkedIn profile:

              • go to LinkedIn.com
              • click on ‘view profile’ to access your profile page
              • click on ‘add profile seciton‘ below your name and headline
              • click on the bold words that say recommended
              • click on add featured
              • a new page will pop up // click on the gray plus sign
              • you can add a link or media from the drop down list (look at attached image for reference)

              I hope this helps!
