Let’s make the first question less complex and more empathetic:
Have you recently been appointed as Personal Representative for a loved one’s estate?
Have you recently lost a loved one and are now in charge of their estate?
Make sure to say the full word of P.R.
Instead of “we hope” put “we are” to assert confidence in your potential lead.
“We hope this is the extra help you’ve been waiting for.”
