Hi Matt..In Sales Navigator there are lead lists and recommended lists. The lead lists are targeted leads that live close to where I work. Am I allowed 15 in mail messages per month? If the lead has had no Linken In activity, will the lead be notified of my message? Should my message be more targeted than what is your core biz..like how do you like living in Tarrytown? Any otehr suggested questions to engage in conversation?
The recommended lists are from all over the country. How are they generated? Seems like i should be focusing on the more targeted leads.
It seems like sales navigator will target my leads more effectively than regular Linked In. I’ve been doing the Barker 20 but not seeing results other than contacts selling me. I know it was recommended to look at other real estate agent contact lists. If that agent lives in Chappaqua, is it recommended to friend the contacts who live in Chappaqua? How do you suggest engaging with these contacts. Can you explain 1st, 2nd and 3rd contacts?
I’m new and have a full week schedule full already, so I am looking forward to this next Thursday and going forward. How much time should I time block for this session?
