- Is there any place to get feedback from other memebers? I figure that there are people that have already created procedure sheets to give to VA’s and I need some. If someone has already created them, there’s no reason for me to go through the trial and error of creating them and then modifying them as we move forward.
- I own multiple companies and I’m setting up for all of them. Is there a way that I can connect with other Managed Services Providers to share knowledge and build on what they may have already done… Much like you have done for Realtors?

Hi @roger-best, I would recommend using the search tool here in the program but at this time, members are able to view but not all reply for feedback.
Additionally, if you find someone who has managed service providers, you can absolutely connect with them. I will alert you if I find any on my end.

I have searched and found nothing. Your forum, and overall site layout, are less than intuitive. I find it hard to believe that you don’t have a database of the clients that you have no database of the businesses that have paid you thousands of $$$. I find it equally difficult to believe that no one at your company has any clue about others looking for similar information. The first question was about VA’s. I suspect that the majority of your successful clients have already developed the procedure sheets for VAs.
I’m not trying to be a butthead here but your answer was very much an answer of “it’s not my job” and “I don’t have time for you”. That is not good customer service and not the way to create happy clients that want to continue to pay you for coaching!

Hi @roger-best, my apologies for that and I completely understand your frustration. Your question initially was asking for feedback from other clients in the program, which I cannot control. I don’t believe we have procedure sheets from other clients that I could refer you to. We do have resources in the Trojan Horse Module called the Barker 20 that is a procedure sheet for sending out the 4 questions, but that would be all for now.
Next, you asked for a reference to Managed Services Providers and I do not have any referrals on that either. I would need to look back on our clients and see if I could refer you to someone but at this moment I do not have that information.

In that case, I’d ask that you look back. I’d also suggest that HECP lay hands on, or create, some prodecure sheets for VA. I have no doubt that it hasn’t already been done by SOMEONE (in house or client) and there’s simply no reason to have all of us that are paying a butt load of money to have to spend time to recreate them.
