APRIL WINS OF THE WEEK!!!!

@isom-harrison – had 1 closing last week and won a listing presentation! He has a property in escrow AND got a buyer approved. They are ALSO in escrow and have 2 listings coming up. THAT IS AMAZING!!

@nancy-filgate – the “black cloud” in her life has left! YES! She has figured out how to take her contact list from LinkedIn and is making a spreadsheet and categorizing people in terms of the fields they’re in. Very smart!

@jimmy-hardcastle – got an offer on a house!! Millie says that Lindsey did a great background for her!! Got a letter that a past employer had given them $63K for her!! AMAZING!!!

@kelly-bourque – her client has given her 3 more listings of other properties and sent another person to her within a week and a half! She says the biggest blessing was sitting down and talking to them in order to share their story!! That is incredible!

@colette-trail – this is her first week in HECP! So wonderful to have you!

@carol-lunde Is closing on the highest she’s had!

@samantha-krien – has made all of the calls this week!! AMAZING to have you!!

@ann-behrens – had a listing with a bunch of offers and may have gotten a lot of clients from the open house! She got a call from 2 agents in regards to deals. Things are looking up!!

@stephanie-tanis – says what helped her get out of her head was “more of that for me please” mantra!! Got a call from a seller and they are ready for her to help sell a house! Her mindset has helped create positive results!
