Your banner, profile, headline all look fantastic!
In my opinion, I would use a synonym of the word “grooming” in this sentence.
“With a looming global recession, slower economic growth, and a changing world scene, improving your leadership skills while grooming the next generation of millennial leaders is more important than ever.”
“Grooming” can have a bad connotation, especially referring to working with millennials. Just a thought!
