This looks great, @jan-lyon! Make sure you introduce who you are in the middle of your message 🙂

          Here are your next steps:

Halle made a very helpful video on how to record your infomercial.

It is called “VIDEO TIPS” in the Transformational Business Strategy Module.

Here is also an example of what it should sound like. Of course, this is a high-quality version but yours does NOT have to be this
high quality. Just look at the angle of the video and the lighting.

I have not been able to figure out how to post my infomercial video on my Linkedin profile. There is NO option on the Profile for MEDIA except under EXPERIENCE or EDUCATION.

I can post a video as an actual POST but not to my profile.

I tried researching the Forum by finding other questions on this and “Features” is mentioned but there is NO features at all on the current platform. I wish the course video instructions were up to date with the current Linkedin options.

Currently I have a free Linkedin account. I am not opposed to upgrading but I was under the impression that this course would teach me ways to use basic Linkedin. I understand needing to purchase a paid account but please don’t offer a course with tools that are obsolete and don’t apply to the current platform.

Is there a way to post a video on the current Linkedin free account profile? Inquiring minds want to know.

            Thank you.

Hi @jan-lyon, it looks like LinkedIn switched things around – here is how you find the media section:

              • go to your profile
              • click on “add profile section” below your headline/profile photo
              • click on the words that say “recommended”
              • once a drop down selection appears, click on “add featured”
              • a new page will show and you will click on a big gray plus sign across from “featured”
              • then, either add your video as a link by clicking “link” or if the video is sitting in your computer, add “media” and you an upload
              • save

If you have any trouble with this, please join my tech success call this evening!
