Your Q1 looks great.
Are you helping your clients bring profit? What type of field are you in?
I’m asking because when you’re asking “Where will it be located?” it sounds like someone’s business is not yet located somewhere (which we do not know that).
Same for Q3. “Do you have a name for the business yet?”

You may just want to use Q1 and go straight to getting them on the phone!
Here’s some questions as an example (you can use these):
1) Great to connect ‘NAME’… what’s your core business?
2) Perfect. What’s your main focus this year?
3) Love that! If I had a few simple strategies that would help you accomplish that, would you like me to share those with you?
4) Fantastic. What are a few time windows that you have available tomorrow to chat?
5) 2pm works. What’s your mobile?
