Please review.  Thank you!  I noted that there’s a new section of 500 words that allows you to write a paragraph about your skills (under skills section).  Please let me know if I did ok.  I thought a list here would be good but if should be writing another sales paragraph please let me know.  Thank you.

Hi @julia-horton, thank you for submitting your profile for a review! Below are my comments.

Your banner image is OK. It’s hard to read the text under “Ask Julia”. Additionally, it seems like honing in on “Ask Julia” as your banner image may take away from your actual objective: selling properties for top dollar. I’d like there to be an exterior house in your banner photo which could really tie everything back in together. Please email our graphic designer, Lindsey, and have her create a new banner image for you! I know this will really help.

Your profile photo is beautiful but do you have the same photo in color? Black and white is not very effective as a profile photo. Color will really help it pop!

Headline: While I LOVE what you have as your headline… your emojis are extremely overpowering which is making it difficult to read with flow and ease. Please please limit your use of emojis. One here and there is good – the more people can easily read your sales letter, the better! Remove “&” and switch to “and”.

          About Section:

I like your first sentence but again, there are 4 emojis just in the first sentence alone. For the professional factor, let’s remove that and limit limit!

Julia, you have amazing content BUT it’s reading off like bullet points. What i’d like you to do is to remove all or majority of the emojis and write your about section as if you are talking to your perfect client.

Look at how Kent leads his readers in his About section — i’d LOVE for you to do the same.

Pro tip: go to Kent’s profile, copy his About section, and ADD your own information to it. His outline is what we teach in the program! This should really help you with removing those bullet points at the end and focusing on a powerful sales letter.

          Call to action:

I like what you have but i’m lost with “LET FREEDOM 🔔 RING” — this does not seem to fit best with your message.

If you’re ready for _______ then give me a call TODAY at _______ or message me here on LinkedIn to see if we’re a good fit!
