        I just finished listening to Lesson 4 and have changed my 4 questions to be more direct as Kent suggested in his recording with Travis.

        What do you think?

        Q1: Great to connect <u>___________, </u>what’s your big GOAL for 2022?
        Q2: Awesome! Do you live in MD/DC/Va?
        Q3: Have you wanted to Sell or Buy a Home this past year?

        Q4: That’s great! It looks like we may be a fit!  Let’s chat for a few minutes.  Would 2pm or 4pm tomorrow work for you?

        Q5: Great. I’ll call you at 2pm. What’s your mobile?

          That looks great @nina-tracey!! You can even split test this by removing Q3 and using Q4 to replace it.

          So, you could first try: Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4

          AND

          Q1, Q2, Q4.

          See which ones get you the most replies 😉
