4. In preparation for photography, we ensure the property is cleaned and staging takes place (should it be necessary). Your home will be looking it’s best for a top dollar offer.

5. It’s time for the floor plan service, photography, video, drone, matterport walkthrough service. Now putting it altogether to create marketing pieces, advertising, social media and set up for Open House dates and times.

6. Your property goes to market and I target buyers for your property. This is when my Velocity Factor kicks in!
