        Step 1: Set the scene: Enthusiastic licensed insurance agents looking to build a business selling final expense insurance.
        He is 60 years old, empty nester, good on a computer and on the phone. He likes to play gold, walk, and take trips. Family man and wants to provide for his family now and when he is gone.
        We want them to learn how to do phone sales well, learn on-line application processes, and how to keep residual income coming in through customer service and follow-up.
        They should feel confident in our program, that we are hear to support them and help them grow, excited, and be self-motivated.
        Step 2: Gather Your Raw Content: I have helped hundreds of agents do exactly as I have done with a duplicatable work program that motivated and self-starters have used themselves and with their group to start generating an income quickly. I started out selling all types of insurance and in the last 25 years I have focused on the final expense market and have been a top performer for some of the most well names final expense companies in the industry.

        My passion is helping agents reach their maximum potential in sales and revenue while coaching them as if they are family partners. The only thing holding you back is you.

        I always look at the positive side of ever challenge. Optimism and happiness are the guiding light to everything I do.

        Starting in the corporate world training people, I find joy in building successful agents that have gone on to be millionaires while enjoying life along the way. The time that I spend helping agents reach their business goals is not work to me but rather a career which is enjoyable everyday.

        I have developed an agent program that I, personally, would like to work for and grow with. Merit based commissions and lead programs that reward producers putting in the work and building a future. Commission rank-ups and a lead credit program is just a small difference our family-owned agency offers.

        I have mentored and encouraged numerous agents that have gone on to become million dollar producers and agency builders.         So, who am I?

        I am a son of a NY policy man and grew up in the Bronx.

        I have 3 brothers and 2 sisters. I am one of the oldest siblings in our family.

        Our family did not have much money and there is one thing that I never want to see on my dinner plate for as long as I live, lima beans. Needless to say my mother bought food in bulk and lima beans were always plentiful.

        My dad was loyal, hard-working, and committed to doing what was right. That is me today but I took a different path.

        I went to West Point, and out of college I secured a job at a local junior high school teaching math and coaching football and lacrosse. After 1 year of doing that, I decided to leave teaching and coaching and I enter the corporate world working for a candy and tobacco company.

        My biggest achievement in the corporate environment was when I rose to VP within 1 year and advanced the company from $20 million a year to $100 million a year within 3 years.

        But, something was missing. I was unhappy going to work everyday for someone else. They controlled my day and my income. No matter how many hours I put in every day, every week, every month, my paycheck was still the same and empty promises to boot.

        Then I found the insurance industry. I started in the health industry and worked my way through every insurance niche there is and learn every pitfall and lesson there is to learn in the insurance industry. I eventually landed in the final expense niche with one insurance carrier where I earned National Marketing Director numerous years in a row, went on yearly company trips, and I smashed my goals and dreams and produced $12M in sales in one month.

        Now, I own a very successful independent family run agency and enjoy helping new and existing agents build their dreams. I truly enjoy watching others build their own financial freedom business. This business isn’t complicated but it does take persistency and the tenacity to never give up.

          I want you to spend less time saying “I” and more time saying “you”. Right now it’s very resume format and i’d like you to speak to your perfect client through a sales letter.
