I’m having difficulty scheduling my time to yours in the last couple of weeks between work and family are all the sessions recorded so I can make up on off scheduled times

I am a broker/owner who wants to build my company and I also list and sell at this point as well. Would it be better for me to focus my linkedIn page toward recruiting at this point than toward my general sales? I really want to stop listing/selling but just can’t until I build my company with more agents.
