Hey there, @chad-odom! Welcome to the program and NICE work taking action on your profile! I’m happy to be providing you with feedback:
I’d like you to have a better profile photo with you facing the camera. With a side shot, it makes it less welcoming and less personal. Then, please send your new photo to our graphic designer, Lindsey. She will add a white background for you to make it look more professional.
You also need a better background banner image. I believe that Lindsey can create something that will POP! In that same email, tell her what industry you’re in, and she will create something better! Feel free to send her any logos you have.
