WINS OF THE WEEK!!!
@kathy-barnett – yesterday she had a profitable zoom meeting in which she got a preview of the 2021 Holidays – she enjoyed it and met some new people! Out of the 5-hour course, she met 5 new customers! WOW!!! They will be in her magazine for October and Christmas! Incredible 🙂
@paula-martin – she is taking massive imperfect action, is working on her database, and is working on potential clients this weekend!! YESS!!! 🙂
@candace-bowman – she is starting to catch on to everything! Every so often she has a “flash” that this is all coming together 🙂 she is feeling better about the program more than she’s ever felt!
@tama-murphy – says “The “energy vibe” is continuing to move more and more positive… Personally – got together with 6 high school friends (graduated 40 years ago). We LAUGHED for 2 hours straight. Closed on 2 properties, accepted offer on 2 properties, and listed a new property.”
@wynona-squires – the realtor call on Monday was the best call she attended in a while because of helpful it was! She had a closing this week and wrote up the contract!! Congratulations!!!
@nikki-miller – she is a new client, she says that yesterday was wonderful!!! She says the technical support yesterday was super beneficial 🙂
@elizabeth-fouche – she has been able to manage her children. She has a property under contract and a referral for a property in NYC (her first)!! She has an inspection taken place tomorrow afternoon!!
@lori-chazonoff– says that one of her biggest challenges was taking an hour a day of action! She says the consistency was a challenge – but she is VERY determined!!!
@nicole-kraus – says “I have a super nice listing coming onto the market next week located in a runway community. The house is 5200 SQFT. 7 Bedrooms/6Baths, Airplane Hanger, Mother In Law Suite, Pool, on over an acre of land.” LOVE THAT!!
@tina-dillon – says “the flood gates have opened” with her business! She had a closing by just asking “have you thought about moving” – AWESOME!!!

I had a significant win this week. Something very unusual occurred. After the standard request for connection and acceptance, that connection requested a meeting. That request for a meeting came from a Trust Banking/Financial Mgmt. firm. From my client profile they concluded that I could be of assistance to their clients. Their clients, are individuals or families with a minimum liquid networth of $1 million. The Trust organization serves as a neutral manager of the entire estate of these families. In essence they become the go to advisor for just about anything.
The introductory meeeting went well. The sales script guidance was especially effective. Keep you posted!
