I don’t like your 3rd question “What kind of agent are you looking for?” very much – too broad.
How about: Do you want QUALIFIED buyers looking at your home?
After you say “If you answered yes to those questions, you came to the right place.”
Say…
Hi, I’m _______ and I am a ____________ helping clients with _________.
(2-5 sentences saying HOW exactly you plan to help / how you serve your clients)
Let’s keep it alpha and avoid “if you want” terms because then it puts the conversation and decision in their hands.
