          I’d like our graphic designer, Lindsey, to create a new banner for you and Maria. She does a fantastic job! Please share with her any logos you’d like added to your banner as well as your field of business – she will create a better banner image for you both to use.

          David, notice how I removed a lot of the “I” that you had in some sections of your profile? This helps make it less about you and more about them. Also, please remove any unnecessarily capitalized words.

          I challenge you to try to replace “I” with “you”.
