JUNE INTENTIONS!!

@mark-clark – his intention is that he finished his webinar and he will promote it this month. He will get a minimum of 5 listings this month with leads being funneled to him!!

@faith-salviano – the intention is to work on a minimum of 3 listings and large properties that she has found creative ways to make them close.

@tama-murphy – it was great to have multiple offers on my 1.3MIL lake house with all inspections going well! It feels great to have 5 offers from clients this month and she is happy to have cleaned out her mother’s basement!

@kathy-barnett – when she got in the program, she knew it would work for her. For the first time since Christmas she has averaged 1-2 customers but now she has gotten 8 clients just this week! She hopes to have 16 new customers by the end of June! AMAZING!!

@rosa-rodriguez – she will list 5 new properties by the end of the month and she is excited to buy a new investment property – on a personal note, she will finish the month by adding one more exercise day to her week so it will be 4 days of exercising.

@tina-dillon – June is her birthday month (happy 60th!!) she’s claiming for herself that she is choosing to hire an assistant this month! She will finalize the organization of her office in June!! She will have her first date in 4 years 🙂

@lisa-puglisi – she is very excited to have joined the program!! She is super eager to get started and she WILL follow the step-by-step program to see results by taking an hour of the day of action in the program!! She will be an assistant coach for her 6-year-olds soccer team 🙂

@elizabeth-fouche – she has recovered from a very bad flu and she lost 14lbs. She will get 3 buyers in the contract this month!!

@sheryl-clements – she will have 5 sales which are buyers or sellers for the month of June!! She is completing the first 4 modules of the program.

@james-odonnell – 3 listings and 2 buyers under contract in June. Doubled the number of LI profile views. My son gets his RE license.

@ben-carpenetti – his intention is to do a course and have a minimum of 1 student and complete module 6 or better by the end of the month!

@paula-martin – her intention is to work 2 or more hours on HECP program, changing her mindset, while making her business a top priority.

@bradley-hogan – his intention is that he continues to take 1 hour a day of action in his business. He is closing on 2 sales of the year and he is very excited to get all the money he needs to invest and get into escrow.

@becky-harwell – has her real estate license and will get new listings!

@ken-mcfetridge – the intention is to get 1 hour a day of action! He will put his head back in the game!

@cindy-cowan – her intention for June is to find a home up to 4mill and to get her clients a new house!

@jay-easter – this is his 2nd meeting with zoom! He is committing to an hour a day in the program, by the end of june he will have a more solid understanding of social media, in the next 3 weeks, he will have his LI page up!!

@michael-travis – This is my brain and my first meeting My intentions for June is to redirect my energies to reconnecting with my many contacts and current and past clients I will be doing a piece to bring peace on the frustration buyers are facing in a multiple offer world.

@jean-khoury – she will relax while she is in florida and she will get through the first part of the program 🙂

@kent-littlejohn – he is excited to spend 10 days in orlando for his daughters tournament 🙂 with his kids and wife! He is extremely excited to be on the tail end for the 50K sqft facility!
