          Well Brad,

You and I have been in the business for almost the exact number of years. As they say in the Marines “the same mud, the same blood”, although a bit morbid for our business.

Yours is one of the best profiles that I’ve seen presented for review, I like it. In fact, I’d like to connect and you’re the first I’ve asked after reviewing….let’s connect.

          https://www.linkedin.com/in/steverathbroker/

Anyway, just as thoughts I’ll share mine of your profile:

1- Your profile is clean and the message is clear. Also, I like the picture. As a skier and outdoor enthusiast, it attracts me. I wouldn’t add info in that image. It would change the clean look.

2- Somehow, I believe it’s really important to get some of your contact information on the front of your profile and the contact button is ok (just ok) but the contact info is your profile’s web-address and would just bring me back to this page. Nothing drives me a little crazier than seeing someone I want to inquire to do business with online and not seeing how to get a hold of them. I see that information at the end of your “about” section, but I have to try and find it, and just those steps and additional effort typically cause me to continue on to someone else.

It’s kinda like wanting to show a property to my client and the listing agent making it incredibly difficult to see it with rules and much of my valuable time spent in the effort. Sometimes I just won’t and take it off of the list. Make your profile “easy to show”.

3- I like the information in your “about” section, but it reads a little like a book form of a resume. It doesn’t exactly tell me how those things translate to value to me as a homebuyer. It shouldn’t be longer just more what I do for you incorporating those qualities in. Maybe a situational anecdote about an experience that you’ve had or seen where someone can relate to one of your qualities or skills actually and positively did something for someone. Kinda like I did in this review, in #2 above. Something that a buyer would relate to.

4- As you know in our business, CRS is a much more respected designation than GRI. So I think CRS should be the first after your name and not the other way.

5- Last thing is you should consider getting RSPS designation (Resort and Second Property Specialist) from NAR. It’s a really good course, perfect for your area and would catch my, and other eyes.

Hope this helps and let’s connect:

Hi @brad-hancock, nice job taking action on your profile!! Below are my comments for revision:

            GREAT profile photo!!

Your banner/background image could be better and directly related to your business more. Please email our graphic designer, Lindsey, and tell her about your field of business and she can create something custom for you.

You headline is on the right path!!! I revised it so it pops more:

Want To Find Your DREAM Home WITHOUT Added Stress? ☆EXPERT Realtor Helping Clients Get Offers ACCEPTED In Today’s Market☆☞MSG Me!

If the word limit is reached, just remove “in today’s market”.

Brad, you have some good information but i’d like there to be better organization as you lead them through your sales letter.

Check out this profile below and try to follow the same format:

            https://www.linkedin.com/in/elois-fuller-9b033723/

This is the same format that Kent uses in his profile.

The first 2 sentences are the most important so having an attention grabber like the profile above really helps your readers find out WHAT you do, WHO you work with, and WHY they should work with you.

So, less about you and more about them.

Good work and once you make the changes above, let me know! You also got some feedback from a fellow realtor above so check that out 🙂
