JANUARY 2021 INTENTIONS!!!

@kent-littlejohn – is excited and honored to have 4 new employees coming on board with the High End Client program in the month of January.

@halle-eavelyn – a new podcast and YouTube show are launching and she is hard launching her Nutriglamorous book!!

@mark-clark – He submitted his webinar and he will get it done and completed in January. He will put together 4+ contracts or more this month!!

@nora-tan-2 – is setting the intention to figure out LinkedIn!!

@caroline-amory – she is able to see goals and she is able to see the future and be enthusiastic about the future without limitations. Yesterday she had her first closing of the year (woohoo!!)

@tatyana-shivers – She has her first transaction of the year, tomorrow!! Nice! She is finishing the last module in HECP. She is posting her almost ready webinar on her LI. She is adding 2 or more new listings for her new clients for the month of January.

@karen-doss – she is very excited that she will be earning $5K a month or more, she is also excited to complete her infomercial, and she is very excited to connect on LinkedIn and send out 25 connections a day, she is actively recruiting agents to join her company!

@beverly-johnson – she will take a new listing and close on the 15th!

@diane-moss – she is so excited to have 2 closed contracts every month this year.

@daniel-mcneil – already closed 2 deals!! He had a new listing yesterday!! He is getting 2 more listings before February! He is putting out his new year card to all his and his wife’s clients. He is moving forward and reading the book, which has already transformed his thoughts! He is focusing on making every day a great day and seeing (before he goes to bed) what his day is going to be.

– he is working on his infomercial! He has 2 potential listings in the works and there are many more of those to come!

@cheryl-williams – is excited and looking forward to 2 new transactions this month! She is on her way to closing at least 2 or more new transactions this month!!! She will also complete the first two modules 🙂

@carol-high – she is exploring a new opportunity and will be making a decision and will be moving forward to joining EXPRealty!!

@jace-lotz – he will close 2 or more new clients and will have new team members join him!!

@geeta-manek – she has sent 2300 leads and will get more business this year! She will close at least 12 million or more. She will have 2-3 listings this month!

@carmina-pinto-gelberg – will get through the first 2 modules!!

@joy-denton –  got approval for her infomercial and will upload it to her profile!! She will get a big price reduction she has been working on – which will help her property get under contract!

@ella-gonest-2 – is so excited for the contracts coming her way and is so grateful for the ones she has!!
