JANUARY AND YEARLY INTENTIONS 2021!!!

@kent-littlejohn – intentions for 2021 is to be powerful like the ocean but adaptable like water!! Love that! He is looking to help 1000 or more individuals in the HECP and looking to help many across the globe in Client University. He is hoping for a powerful and successful year.

@nancy-miller – is so excited that she is making $750,000 this year in 2021. She is taking an amazing trip to Hawaii with her daughter and grandkids in June. 2021 is the best year and most lucrative year ever!!

@grace-chow – is so excited because she is living on planet Amazing Grace! She is so excited because she is 20lbs lighter and is excited to help 24 clients sell their homes!! She is continuing to be unstoppable in 2021 and thereafter!! YESSS!!

@mark-clark – he is embracing social marketing and running with it in the new year!!! Love! He is excited about it and is going to learn how to balance life and work and move into a semi-retirement phase!!

@steve-rath – is going to enjoy life to the fullest and will expand his business!!

@monique-carter – says her year really ended with a bang thanks to HECP!! 2021 will be her year of great manifestation, recovery, and money-making! She has earned over $385,000 in 2021 of at least $250,000 average sales price closing at least 7 transactions a month! She will recruit 5 more new agents and her current team will recruit 2 new agents in 2021. She will receive 3 listings every month and will have over $100K in her personal account. She will take every Friday off and will continue working in the program. She will lose at least 15lbs by the end of the year. She is taking 2 vacations this year and her own show.

@britney-butler – in 2021 she is buying her BMW in cash! She has shifted her business internationally and she has learned to take small wins instead of setting herself on autopilot.

@gladys-ntaryike – is so excited and so ready to claim the abundance of her bank account in 2021! She is ready and willing to receive the vibrations of her heart’s desires! She is having team meetings once every month. 13 million in sales or better! She is looking at networking with new construction builders and she is also looking to have at least 4 exotic vacations with her family this year!

@carl-dilley-2 – will get 15 million or more in commercial real estate sales! He will have a great wedding next year!!

@tatyana-shivers – she is expanding her marketing plan for her business in 2021 and she is excited about what she has learned in HECP and will use it to increase her gross income to $450,000 a year. She is very excited about having her own family next year and bringing a child into the world in 2021!!!

@jaime-gomez – will overcome and manage social media. 2021 will be great for him – he will close 20 properties and learn the process and will do what he can to grow!! He is learning the LinkedIn section himself and will learn the process of social media fearlessly!!

@carol-high – she is mastering social media and is spending an hour a day in the HECProgram, She is closing at least 2 large sales during 2021. She is closing at least 5 or more lease deals. She is closing a large lease deal. She is going to make $100K or more in commissions.

Larry – he is successfully assisting seniors in making complex housing decisions and his successful results in 12million dollars or more in 2021!!

@joy-denton – she will be doing at least 20 million or more in 2021. She will take 1 or more ski trips next year!

@lori-chazonoff– My intentions for 2021 are to easily and effortlessly attract at least 52 NEW clients this year. ( I am not putting a $ amount per transaction) I am increasing my exposure to Linkedin, will master it, and increasing my Relationships. I have uninterrupted time with the HECP. I plan on taking time for myself and enjoying and appreciating EVERYTHING I have and more!!

@halle-eavelyn – NutriGlamorous which is hard launching is an international bestseller. Her podcast and youtube show is #1 and has added a new coach to her roster to help with all of the floods of High-End Client!! She and her GF are going to take a cruise with each other and their mothers! She will be turning herself into the cottage industry of her dreams.
