        What’s your Core Strategy for Real Estate Acquisitions?

         

        Who do you use to identify potential acquisitions?

         

        How do you decide what geographic areas you invest in?

         

        If I could assist in saving you time and money in identifying the best properties that fit your investment criteria would that be something you’re interested in?

          Hi @carl-dilley-2, this is a good start but I’d like you to go to the “Transformational Business Strategy” MODULE and watch the video “4 Questions” – this will really help you because right now your questions aren’t really building any rapport.

          How about these instead:

          1. Great to connect [NAME]! What’s your core business?

          2. Nice! What do you like investing in?

          3. Perfect. Do you have any real estate you’ve considered buying?

          4. Fantastic. If I could help you find some investment opportunities that make good sense, would you have an interest?

          5. What are a few time windows that you have tomorrow?

          2pm works perfect

          Great. I’ll call you at 2pm.
