For the first sentences of your sales letter, how about this:
WHAT I DO IN A FEW WORDS:
I help you sell your house for the hIGHEST possible price using elite-level marketing that targets the right people.
Essentially…
I’ve worked with A LOT of people that wanted to sell their house, and although they’re all different, they always have something in common…
—Try to replace some of the sentences starting with “I” and replace them with “You” – this will help shift the focus more on them when they are reading.
I agree with Steve on the changes as well.
You are good to move forward after making those changes – GREAT work!! 🙂
