              Hi @steve-rath! You’re doing awesome! In my opinion, the photo would look a lot better with some type of logo or text that says your name or your companies name. To me, it just looks like an image but if you have Lindsey spice it up – it will look super professional! Great photo!!

              Remove your number from your headline – it’s making it too cluttered and also, your phone number belongs at the very end of your About section with the call to action 🙂

                This has been a little like trying to figure out Quantum Mechanics. Harder than I thought, but I think I’m getting there.

                I removed the phone number but I’m a little concerned that if it’s not on the front page somewhere, people who want to contact me, have to hunt for it. Personally, I don’t like it when I have to do that, so…….

                Lastly is there a way to actually speak to customer service on the phone? I have a couple of questions about the profile and the program and can’t get answers. For instance, something that Matt said to do on my page in one training so that people who view my profile don’t see “people also viewed” on my page. I can’t find it.

                Also on my support section, there’s no place for me to post a question (top, bottom or sides) and when last week I showed up for the Wednesday, Zoom meeting and was told that the email I received was wrong and I needed to go to another meeting but there was no link to get to it. She said the link would be in the Support Forum but it wasn’t

                Anyway, frustrating I can’t easily get a couple of questions answered without wasting a lot of time.

                        Also, you want, no need, the best of the best of Real Estate Brokers who can “see” the deal, recognizing, anticipating and communicating to you what to expect, before, during, and after an offer is accepted. This is pretty darn important, don’t you think?

                        And finally, you really deserve honest, open & frequent communications.

                        Let me ask you this, if you needed life-saving surgery and cost was NO object, would you choose a well-respected surgeon who graduated with honors from Stanford Med and still practices there OR a graduate of The American University of Antigua, not sure of their class ranking, but they do hold a valid medical license? Hmmm

                        This is such an important life and financial decision that could mean tens of thousands of dollars, even hundreds of thousands to you, and lots of stress or not.

                        Here’s a quick story about why you need to know and question who will represent you in your real estate transactions.

                        In MY neighborhood, there’s an agent who purports themselves to be THE neighborhood real estate expert in mailouts.  Being a broker, it’s easy enough for me to check their stats, so I did. Turns out that he had not sold one single property in 5 years in the neighborhood. Not even his own which he had listed for 2 years. Further, he had listed some properties but sold only one small home in 2 years! And, it was about 20 miles away.

                        Delete this???>>>Want another? There was a “Neighborhood Real Estate Specialist” who had a full page, local newspaper ad, with 30-40 pictures of his “clients” homes, complete with a glowing client statement about the job “he” did. Pretty Impressive. Problem was that although implied that he sold these homes, they were actually pictures of homes, and statements from, his carpet cleaning business. He fooled quite a few.<<< Delete this???

                        OK, just one more. There’s a property listed right now in the community that’s been listed and vacant for over 6 months, that could & should sell in about 20 days, for about $75,000-$100,000 dollars more than the current REDUCED list price. Why or how you may ask.

                        From really, really poor marketing to lack of honesty and integrity, I see it all, almost every week, and the saddest part is that the sellers never know what hit them or what’s happening. And I can’t tell them, because as a professional, it violates the Realtors Code of Ethics for a Realtor to “interfere” with a current client/ agent relationship.

                        The point here is, you want to KNOW that you have the best on your team!

                        Consider this:

                        CRS is a Certified Residential Specialist and only 2-3% of Realtors in the country hold this prestigious designation.

                        SRES. Senior Real Estate Specialist. Specializes in the very real advantages, differences, and needs of us folks over 55 yrs of age.

                        RSPS: Resort & Second Home Specialist, with advanced training, techniques, and knowledge of investment properties, financing, second homes and strategies for client’s portfolios, planning their future retirement or kids education.

                                                  The last version of my infomercial, that you replied to on Feb 2nd and you said was amazing, I mistakenly erased it, don’t have a copy of it and don’t remember it exactly.

                                                  I’ve hired a videographer to shoot it tomorrow morning and I can’t find it and/ or practice.

                                                  Do you have a copy that you could send to me, pleeeeeease help.

                                                        The guy I hired to shoot it is a video/ film producer not just a photographer with a video camera, so……
