Also would you recommend going premium with my account, if so which plan do you feel is best for realtors?

Thank you in advance for your recommendations. I appreciate you all taking the time to Mentor me

Hi @joel-lobaina, it’s so great to have you in the program with us! Below are my comments on your profile and answers to your questions:

GREAT profile photo and background banner image!

What I do recommend for your banner image is a white background and text that either says a slogan and/or your company name. You could even have a graphic behind the image.

Please reach out to our graphic designer, Lindsey, if you ever need any graphic design work created!

          Headline:

I do like your headline BUT based on the teachings in the program, your headline is the best piece of real estate. Let’s really make it POP! Think back on your Perfect Client exercise* How about filling out this template:

          Want _______ WITHOUT _______? ☆EXPERT _____ Helping Clients _____☆☞MSG Me!

You could use this: Want Maximum PROFIT From Selling Your Home WITHOUT Stress?☆EXPERT _____ Helping Clients In [LOCATION]☆☞ Message Me!

          Summary:

Remove your call to action from the into of your sales letter to the end. You don’t want to ask them to call you in the middle of your message.

Joel, you HAVE the information to make this a great sales letter, it just needs to be better organized.

Pro tip: go to Kent’s profile, copy his About section, and ADD your own information to it. His outline is what we teach in the program! This should really help you with removing those bullet points at the end and focusing on a powerful sales letter.

          https://www.linkedin.com/in/klittlejohn/

Ideally, it would look like this (outline wise): https://www.linkedin.com/in/elois-fuller-9b033723/

Call to action (AT THE END):

If you’re ready for _______ then give me a call TODAY at _______ or message me here on LinkedIn to see if we’re a good fit!

REMOVE ALL THE CAPITALIZED WORDS – it’s difficult to read 😉

Please tag me after you make the necessary revisions and AWESOME work so far!

Thanks @negeen-dargahi for the profile tips and tricks.

I didnt even realize I never changed my headline. D’oh!

I have made the suggested revisions with the exception of a few word still capitalized.

Check out and let me know what you think.

            Thank you in advance

Hi @joel-lobaina! Nice job revising! Few tiny tweaks:

Did you email Lindsey about your banner image and your profile photo? Make sure to zoom in a pinch more in your profile photo so we can see more of your face and less of your body.

Your headline is very very loud and difficult to read. You have the content but consider using this:

Are You READY To Sell Your Home For TOP DOLLAR?☆ Ready To Find Your DREAM Home? I Can Help!☆ I’m An EXPERT Online Marketer & Realtor☆ ☞ Call Me! (626)391-5437

              GREAT ABOUT SECTION!!
