- Great to connect [Name] tell me about your core business?
- That’s interesting. Do you live in the Phoenix area?
- How long have you been there?
- Great! Let’s chat for a few minutes. I have a fairly large network that might benefit you. Are you available tomorrow at 11, 2, or 3? What is your mobile phone?

Hey @dean-hanson! Nice work on your Trojan Horse questions! There are a few tiny tweaks i’d like you to make.
Your Q1 needs to be short and sweet – so if we can take excess words out, lets do it.
Q1: Great to connect NAME! What’s your core business?
For Q3, have a reaction word like “Fantastic! How many years have you lived there?”
Everything else looks awesome!!

Don’t we typically know what their core business is before we get connected? What we really want to know is more about their core business. Correct?

Hey @dean-hanson! Here’s how we view it:
You don’t have the time to look through every single profile to see what their core business is, correct?
AND – you are trying to build rapport.
So, by asking Q1, it’s doing both of those while saving you time.
If you get push back, which could happen once in a while, keep moving forward! Kent has done this for over 10,000 hours 🙂
