The clients I am seeking are businesses in office and industrial buildings.  I have a data base that tells who these businesses are and who the best contact is.  What is the best way to send an email – through the linked in system?  Many are not linked in subscribers.  Shall I just send the first question – “what is your focus for 2020?”  That is unlikely to get any response as they won’t have any context for who I am.  Suggestions? Can I import the email into linkedin?
