              HAVE HAD ZERO LUCK GETTING BUSINESS THROUGH LinkedIn. WHAT M I DOING WRONG.  I HAVE LOTS OF CONTACTS AND NOW SALES NAVIGATOR .   HAVE AN EVENT TODAY SO I WON’T BE ON THE CALL.

                  I have sent 273 invitations using Sales Navigator. Only have received about 50 new connections. Is this a normal ratio? It appears those we are inviting to connect are electing not to. Any suggestions to improve our ratio?

                  We are currently testing the following questions – 10 of each once we are linked:

                  Question 1. “Would you be interested training your advisors to become more effective in the family business owner market?

                  Question 2. “How many advisors does your company have that work with business owners”?

                  Question 3. “Would you like to train your company trainers to assist advisors to become more effective consulting with the family business owner market?

                  Our last results were unsatisfactory – 34 sent using Sales Navigator in the first week:

                  “Thanks NAME, for connecting with me. We have saved high net worth family owned businesses millions of dollars and saved countless families from strife and fracture. The Family Business Renewal System has been in business for more than 50 years. Would you like to know more about how we could train your trainers, field managers and advisors?”

                  Messages sent: 25,             1<sup>st</sup> responses: 0            2<sup>nd</sup> responses: 0            Phone Calls: 0

                  For the second question:  “NAME thank for connecting with me. Are you looking for new ideas to present to your executive team that will provide a win for you and your company? Working with the FBR System we can provide tools and processes to help your advisors more effectively work in the family owned business market. Interested in learning more?”

                  Messages sent: 9            1<sup>st</sup> responses: 1            2<sup>nd</sup> responses: 0            Phone Calls: 0
