I have completed Module 2. I invested in Sales Navigator
I am on the Sales and script building module. I plan to complete it this week.
I had an aha moment as things clicked this week and now for this coming week, I will focus on my daily and weekly Ninja tasks. My biggest challenge is to understand the flow. i.e. how to flow back and forth between SN and Reg LI It seems that I start in SN, create a client list and then move them to Reg LI. I will master the in message system nd when to use the limited messages. Which means I need to listen to some previous videos.

My plan for the week is to
- Complete Module 6 (Webinar KickStart)
- Implement, daily, weekly and monthly tasks (they’re on my calendar.)

Can you tell me more about daily, weekly, and monthly tasks?
I challenge you to take each day, as Mary Manin Morissey says, as a “brand new baby day.” Your weekly and monthly may shift based on the success your daily brings you.
Stay in today and tomorrow’s success is yours.

I completed lesson 1-4 with the exception of running the tools. I have the daily, weekly and monthly on my calendar. I find I move them to accommodate another appointment.

So if you have to move a meeting to accomodate revenue, remember we record everything. Those recordings are on the same page where your list of modules is. In the middle of the page you will see blocks.
- If you miss a Thursday call its in Live Q&A call recordings
- If you miss a Mindset call, its in Mindset and Masterclass recordings
We have your back on the recordings so you can fit the learning into your schedule.
Fun fact: I belong to a group that does live yoga and I bought 5 sessions. I have made two of the sessions live and the other three I am working in as my focused revenue creating activities allow. I know my yoga keeps me calm and clear, so I prioritize it. You can do the same with what makes you calm and clear here.

I didn’t do any of it. I had major increase in work with my co- facilitators. I will recommit next week.

Great for the major increase in work. I want to remind you that the work works you when you aren’t working it. If you see a burst of revenue and have been attending mindset calls, guess what? You attracted that awesome revenue! Come back around and keep doing the work.
You’ve got this!

@negeen-dargahi @halle-eavelyn
Promise to complete module 6 and do my Ninja tasks every day. FYI I have posted here several times and no one has responded. I don’t even see Diane’s name on the list.
I’m having serious trouble learning all the new programs that this program recommends. It takes me way more than 3-4 hours a day to study, do the modules, learn the new programs and do my daily tasks. I feel like I’m drowning

I agree with Halle. Breathe….
I imagine you may be tackling a lot more at one time besides HECP.
My short prescription:
- Please watch the Empowered To Do List video in the transformational business strategy section (it’s very short). And then start every morning with this to do list.
- Every morning, breathe, meditate on the successful end state that is already on its way to you. Use all your senses, sight, sound, taste, touch – really put yourself there.
- Sprinkle massive imperfect action into every bit of learning you do to put it into practice quickly. If you need help on how to take action on something you are learning (see my last post) let’s work on that. But its all about action and alignment with what brings you revenue.
Success story: I use this strategy and I remember being caught in the learning loop myself. As a coach/consultant, it’s easy to get stuck in and SO human. Plus, I love to learn. What I do is I have a white board I put my Empowered To Do list on. I write everything in GREEN that is connected with revenue (I color code my calendar the same way). Then, I connect my learning to the green in PURPLE. This helps me start taking bits of action based on that learning.
This program was built for you to take action along the way. I’m excited to help you see what bits of massive imperfect action you can take now so you can break yourself free of the learning loop and EARN WHILE YOU LEARN!
Much love and support – and again, I’m so sorry your post got hidden for me. But you are found now. I SEE YOU!

@kristy-deegan first of all, note that @diane-hansen went looking for your post last week and couldn’t find it!! At least this one showed up!
Not sure what you mean by learning all the programs this program recommends. Please give me more details.
Mindset first! Breathe, do less for the next 2 days and then come to the mindset call to discuss.
big hugs!! I believe in you!

LinkedIn, calendar, leadpages, figuring out how to do pictures in posts and articles and finally sending to Lindsey for help, still waiting. Planning and research programs and webinar platform. I feel I spend hours on learning and not enough hours on doing. I’ll be on the mindset call

I want to address “I feel like I spend hours on learning and not enough on doing.”
How can you connect doing to your learning?
I like to say that massive imperfect action is a “do as you learn” process.
Let’s look at your list and break it out Empowered To Do List style.
- LinkedIn (What is it specifically you are learning on LinkedIn? How can you take action on this in a way that is directly connected to revenue?)
- calendar (What is it specifically about the calendar you are learning? If its a new calendar or way of scheduling, how can you announce the new systems you are using to your customer base in a way that will generate appointments?)
- leadpages (What is it specifically about leadpages you are learning/doing? Are you launching a specific program? What is the timeline for that program’s launch? Is that program tied to revenue?)
- figuring out how to do pictures in posts and articles and finally sending to Lindsey for help, still waiting. (Where are you putting the articles? What platform are you learning? Is this something that will drive revenue short or long term? Can you bring this question to a Thursday call?)
- Planning and research programs and webinar platform (What specific programs? How does this figure into your overall revenue picture? How does this planning and learning connect to revenue?
There is something I talk about. I call it the learning loop. And it can be easy to get stuck in! Try to sprinkle in action with every learning you do. Make sure that action is a revenue generating action. The mindset call will help you take that action before its “perfect” or answer anything else you may be telling yourself.
I hope this is helpful and I look forward to having a discussion about this with you here on the forums.

Hi Kristi,
Your accountability got buried and I couldn’t see it. But I see it now! I’m going to go through and answer all of your questions. I’m SO sorry I missed you!

This was back in January. But I want you to look at this post now.
Did you do it?
How does it feel?
If you didn’t do it, what got in your way?
Using past posts as a time capsule, we can see how far we have come, or perhaps notice patterns. What do you see?

My pleasure.
Remember – MASSIVE IMPERFECT ACTION
Learn a little and go, repeat = Success
Let me give you a very profitable example from my firm. One of my top clients right now was a total roll of the dice. I felt guided to help but I didn’t know HOW. Guidance doesn’t happen when the guidee is ready. It just happens. This was almost a year ago. Today, I’m helping her build a $25 million consulting firm! Did I know “HOW” or do I wait until its PERFECT to move things forward? No! I just said yes and took massive imperfect action. This program taught me that.
It’s really something you need to start living in all aspects of your life to build momentum.
You have inspired me. I’m going to do this week’s post on that. Look at the top of the forums soon.

I love how you looked at my list.
- LinkedIn-I had signed on years ago and never used really it. So I had to learn how to use it, how to do pictures, articles etc. Everything I wanted to do, I had to go to youtube or google to figure out how. Just recently I wanted to post my hero story and put it in the featured area. IL had to go find out how this all took time. AND then it sounded like I needed sales navigator and so I got it and spent a lot of time figuring out how to do it. It was too much to figure out so I stopped SN. Last week I learned that i had to connect with my 2nd connections to actually engage with them. I still can’t get a picture to the right size to post in an article. I have made many requests for connections. I have jumped from 800 to 1882, so Im doing pretty good there. I’ve only had 4 conversations on the phone and I am more active in the 4 questions now.
- It’s a new calendar system. I never thought about announcing the to my connections. I’d love a suggestion about how to do that
- Leadpages-in module 5 and 6 we are learning to create out sign up for appointment, landing page for our webinar, and then create the webinar. I hit a wall about 10 days ago. Totally overloaded with all the how -os to get that done. I’m now going back to do those modules again with a new mindset that it doesn’t have to be perfect and ill do my best. AND if I get stuck, ask the forum. So in following the program, I don’t know when I will launch my webinar, but soon.
- I brought the idea of pictures to the posts to the Thursday call. I was told the size it needed to be and followed the direction and it was WAY too big (I am resizing in Preview) I’m putting the articles in the article section.I’m thinking if i have enough articles and blurbs, people will get to know me and will come to me as revenue.
- Planning and research programs are a part of Module 6. That’s when I hit the wall: two programs to find out about your market. Totally shut down. Now Im back.
Thank you for your support. Your suggestions are really helpful and not complicated.

SO proud of you!!!! Break down those conversations for me. Who was on the phone? What are your four questions? What has the outcome been of those four conversations?
- It’s a new calendar system. I never thought about announcing the to my connections. I’d love a suggestion about how to do that
Have you followed the suggestion? What are the results?
- Leadpages-in module 5 and 6 we are learning to create out sign up for appointment, landing page for our webinar, and then create the webinar. I hit a wall about 10 days ago. AND if I get stuck, ask the forum. So in following the program, I don’t know when I will launch my webinar, but soon.
So here’s the deal. Keep it simple!!! If you aren’t understanding leadpages, put a sign up form in Mailchimp (easy form) and work it manually. What would an easier work around be here for you? Sometimes we get SO hung up in the “supposed to” of technology we forget its not the only way. How can you make the result (of launching your webinar) a reality? Massive imperfect action.
- I brought the idea of pictures to the posts to the Thursday call. What was the result of this?
- Planning and research programs are a part of Module 6. That’s when I hit the wall: two programs to find out about your market. Totally shut down. Now Im back.
I’m glad you are back. Whenever you are stuck, work the basics. Work the 4 questions, connect, grow, have conversations. What is the result with this now?
Thank you for your support. Your suggestions are really helpful and not complicated.
