          Hi @kristy-deegan, this is a really great start! Let’s refine it a bit more. How about something like this:

          Your first question should be personalized with their name, like this:

          1) Great to connect ‘NAME’… what’s your core business?

          Your 2nd question is good but how about you continue to build rapport and ask it in a different way. I’ll give you 2 options to split test between:

          2) Perfect. What’s your main focus this year?

          2) Perfect. Are you getting enough clients?

          LOVE your Q3!!!

          Be ALPHA when getting them on the phone.

          4) Fantastic. What are a few time windows that you have available tomorrow to chat?

          5) 2pm works. What’s your mobile?
