I submitted this last Thursday and the IN button does appear on my HECP page by my photo.  Hoping this request goes through.

        Cheers, Leigh

Hi @leighl-whiteman, it went through! First off, nice job taking action on your profile!! Below is my feedback:

Beautiful profile photo – very professional!

Your banner background image isn’t as inviting as i’d like. There’s far too much white happening. I’d like you to email Lindsey, our graphic designer, and tell her a little about your field of business and she can create something better!

          Lindsey@coredm.com

          Headline:

Your headline is on the right path! How about something more detailed and specific like this:

Want Maximum PROFIT From Selling Your Home WITHOUT Stress?☆EXPERT _____ Helping Clients In [LOCATION]☆☞ Message Me!

          About section:

VERY IMPORTANT*  right now your entire profile is heavily focused on you and not enough on them. I challenge you to replace “I” with “you”.

Also, there needs to be better information and better organization to lead them effortlessly through your sales letter.

Please refer to these profiles from other realtors in the program. Copy the FORMAT/outline and pay attention to the way they lead you through their profile.

Look how they detail HOW they help their clients, WHO they work with, etc.

Testimonials look great but have your call to action come AFTER them.

Look how Kent did it with his profile –> https://www.linkedin.com/in/klittlejohn/

          You need to tell them:

CALL TO ACTION – you need a better one:

If you’re READY for _______ message me here on LinkedIn to see if we’re a good fit!

Please tag me after you make the necessary revisions!

              Hi @leighl-whiteman, nice work!

I’d like you to take advantage of your access to our graphic designer and have her create a custom banner image for you. What you currently have is ok. It doesn’t utilize the professional space as much as I’d like it to.

Please shoot her an email, tell her about your field of business, and she will create something better for you:

              Love the headline!!

Get rid of the underscore after “essentially” because right now it looks like “Essentially_”

I would also keep it to 2 short “here’s what clients have said”.

              Everything else looks great!!
