        Hello Negeen

        I am on Lesson 4 in Module 1.  I just watched Kent’s video on messaging the clients.  A couple of questions:

        1.  I don’t have a subject line in my message button it just goes straight to the body
        2. I have it set up for recently added.  Do I message people in other industries who are not even in my community?
        3. How do you determine who is a 1,2 or 3 tier?
        4. How do I find other realtors on this platform that I could talk to and see how they are handling some of this?

          Hi @julie-fink, below are the answers to your questions:

          1. That’s okay that you don’t have a subject line – LinkedIn removed it. So, yes, add Q1 in the body of the message.
          2. Yes, reach out to anyone and everyone!
          3. It will tell you based on your connection. For example, if you have mutual connections it will let you easily “connect” but if you’re a 2nd or 3rd degree connection you will have to use InMail or request. The icon of the degree will be next to their name.
