Hi, Halle. I’ve enjoyed your real estate sessions, and I’ve chosen real estate as my industry target. But, my experience and preferred target is real estate investors (and large brokers). I ran an investors club for ten years. I’ve looked at some profiles and listened on your training sessions, and they appear to be all realtors selling houses to residential buyers. While not totally different in practice, there could be some differences in the perception of my desired audience. I’m trying to fine tune my profile to appeal to the investors, and I guess it’s gotten a little confusing. The more I “noodle” it, it seems the cloudier it gets. I spoke online with Negeen a little while ago (she is very helpful), and she suggested I email you (through the forum) to see what advice you could give me. Any suggestions?
